As a not for profit organization CCAA is funded by its members which include Australia's leading cement, concrete and aggregate suppliers. In fact, CCAA's members account for over 80% of the industries output.

CCAA's constitution makes provision for three types of membership - Foundation, Ordinary and Associate Members.

Foundation Members are those companies that originally formed CCAA and provide much of its funding. Ordinary Members are those companies engaged in the manufacture or supply of cement, concrete or extractive products. Currently CCAA has over 60 Ordinary Members. Associate Members are entities that conduct a business that is directly related to the manufacture and supply of cement, concrete and extractive products - for example, suppliers of plant and equipment, concrete admixtures and supplementary materials.
