Entries are now being accepted for CCAA Public Domain Awards 2007.

Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia (CCAA) Public Domain Awards 2007 provide significant and national recognition for designers, contractors, developers and asset owners who set new benchmarks in the use of concrete to enhance our public domain. Judged by an eminent panel of independent Landscape and Design Architects, the awards have grown in prestige and notable peer recognition over the years attracting entries of a highest calibre. The 2005 overall winner was the evocative National Emergency Services Memorial in Canberra competing against some 110 excellent entries from around Australia. It is now your opportunity to showcase your firm's design excellence. CCAA would like to invite you to submit a recent project that has reached significant completion within the last two years that exemplifies the unique and innovative possibilities of concrete in both design and construction.

If any of your projects have used concrete in an innovative way as a landscape element in the public domain in the categories of streets, paths, precincts, walls, bridges, and public artwork, or represent an example of excellence in sustainable design, they are eligible for entry into the Awards. One project will be awarded Best Overall Project from all submissions.
